- It is necessary to make an appointment online only with the patient’s profile and information, and when registering the insurance, make sure that the insurance book belongs to the patient himself. If there is a discrepancy between the registered information or the registered insurance with the patient, the payment will be non-refundable.
- If you do not have an insurance book, it is mandatory to present the patient’s national card to the clinic.
- Currently, online appointment is not possible for foreign nationals and newborn babies who do not have a national code. In order to register an appointment, it is necessary to go to the reception of the clinic in person and daily from 8:00 AM.
- The appointment is only related to the visit and does not include appointments for tests, ultrasound and other paraclinical procedures.
- Please be present at the appointed time.
- Your previous appointment will be confirmed when you pay the visit fee at the hospital.
