According to Public Relations, Dr. Seyed Ali Mohammad Sadat Akhavi is a reputed ophthalmologist in Yazd with bright background in ophthalmology and LASIK surgeries.
He believes: Sayed Al-Shohada Hospital is among the top ten centers in Iran where LASIK operates. These equipment have entered Yazd in 2005. This hospital is the only center in the province for LASIK services, which has been upgraded for the fourth time in recent years.
He added: Fortunately, this operation has been welcomed, and more than three hundred LASIK surgeries are conducted in this hospital on average.
The ophthalmologist mentioned that LASIK and LASEK are surgeries on the cornea aimed to improve vision, and they are primarily applied in individuals with impaired vision. These surgeries are conducted by ophthalmologists and are a good replacement for glass.
